# Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the OutfitForge mobile application (the "App") operated by Mustapha Oubouz ("OutfitForge," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or otherwise using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

## 1. About OutfitForge
OutfitForge is a personal AI styling application that helps you:
- Catalog your wardrobe
- Generate outfit suggestions using artificial intelligence
- Compare inspiration images (e.g., Pinterest screenshots) to your closet
- Plan packing for travel
- Chat with an AI-powered personal stylist (Premium)
- Receive shopping recommendations (Premium)
The App is currently offered for iOS only.

## 2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use OutfitForge. In some jurisdictions the minimum age is higher (16 in much of the European Economic Area, for example). By using the App, you represent that you meet the minimum age requirement in your country.
If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may only use the App with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

## 3. Account Registration
To use OutfitForge you must create an account using a valid email address, Sign In with Apple, or another supported provider. You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate registration information
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your password
- All activities that occur under your account
You agree to notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for losses caused by your failure to safeguard your credentials.

## 4. Subscription and Payment Terms
### 4.1 Free tier and Premium tier
OutfitForge is offered in two tiers:
- **Free tier:** includes basic features, limited by a credit system. Free users earn credits by watching rewarded video advertisements, subject to daily limits.
- **Premium tier:** unlocks unlimited outfit generation, AI Stylist Chat, Shopping Assistant, Travel Assistant, no advertisements, and the full accent color palette.
### 4.2 Pricing and auto-renewal
Premium is offered as an auto-renewing subscription with the following plans:
- **Monthly Premium** — billed monthly
- **Annual Premium** — billed yearly
Prices are displayed in the App in your local currency before purchase and are set in the App Store. Subscription payments are charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription will renew automatically at the same price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
### 4.3 Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings:
**iOS Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → OutfitForge → Cancel Subscription**
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Until then, you retain access to all Premium features.
### 4.4 Refunds
All subscription purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests are governed by Apple's refund policy and must be submitted directly to Apple via reportaproblem.apple.com. OutfitForge cannot directly issue refunds for subscription purchases.
### 4.5 Credits (Free tier)
Credits are an in-app virtual currency that allow free-tier users to add wardrobe items and generate outfits. Credits:
- Have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash
- Cannot be transferred between accounts
- Expire if your account is deleted
- May be earned by watching rewarded video ads, subject to daily limits
- May be granted as bonuses at our discretion
We reserve the right to modify credit costs, daily limits, and reward amounts at any time.
### 4.6 Changes to pricing
We may change subscription prices from time to time. Existing subscribers will be notified before any price change takes effect at their next renewal, and they may cancel to avoid the new price.

## 5. User Content
### 5.1 Your content
You retain ownership of the photos and content you upload to OutfitForge ("User Content"). However, by uploading you grant OutfitForge a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, and transmit your User Content solely for the purpose of operating the App on your behalf (for example, sending an image to AI processing partners to classify it, or displaying it back to you).
This license ends when you delete the content or your account.
### 5.2 Your responsibility
You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have all necessary rights to the content you upload. You must not upload:
- Content you do not own or have permission to upload
- Content that infringes intellectual property rights
- Content depicting nudity, sexual content, or content that violates the App Store Review Guidelines
- Content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, or otherwise inappropriate
We may, at our sole discretion, remove content that violates these rules.

## 6. Artificial Intelligence — Disclaimer
OutfitForge relies on artificial intelligence (OpenAI's GPT models, as of the effective date) to generate outfit suggestions, classify clothing items, and answer stylist questions.
**AI-generated content can be inaccurate, biased, or unexpected.** Outfit suggestions, style scores, shopping recommendations, and stylist replies are provided **for informational purposes only and should not be treated as professional advice**. Use AI output at your own discretion.
We do not guarantee that the AI features will be available at all times. The underlying AI providers may experience outages or change their behavior.

## 7. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App
- Use the App to violate any law or third-party right
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' data
- Use bots, scrapers, or other automated means to access the App
- Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the App or its content
- Upload viruses, malware, or other harmful code
- Bypass payment requirements, credit limits, or other technical restrictions
- Harass, abuse, or impersonate any person via the AI Stylist Chat or any other feature
Violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.

## 8. Intellectual Property
The App, its design, brand, copy, code, AI-generated outputs displayed within the App, and all related intellectual property are owned by OutfitForge or its licensors. Except for the limited license granted to you to use the App in accordance with these Terms, no rights are granted to you.
The OutfitForge name and logo are trademarks of Mustapha Oubouz and may not be used without prior written permission.

## 9. Third-Party Services
OutfitForge integrates several third-party services to operate (see our Privacy Policy for the full list). These services have their own terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices or availability of these third parties.

## 10. Push Notifications
If you grant permission, OutfitForge may send you push notifications including daily outfit reminders and important announcements. You may disable notifications at any time from within the App or in your device settings.

## 11. Termination
### 11.1 Termination by you
You may stop using the App at any time. To completely remove your data, delete your account from **Settings → Delete account**. Cancelling your subscription does not delete your account.
### 11.2 Termination by us
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without notice, if you breach these Terms, attempt to circumvent payment, or use the App in a way that could harm us, other users, or third parties.
On termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms cease, and any outstanding credits are forfeited.

## 12. Disclaimers
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR ACCURACY OF AI-GENERATED CONTENT.
OUTFITFORGE DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE AI WILL PRODUCE ANY PARTICULAR OUTCOME, OR THAT YOUR USE OF THE APP WILL IMPROVE YOUR PERSONAL STYLE OR FASHION CHOICES.

## 13. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUTFITFORGE AND ITS OPERATOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:
- YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP
- ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE APP
- AI-GENERATED CONTENT
- UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR CONTENT
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE APP IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO OUTFITFORGE FOR THE APP IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR USD 50, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for certain damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

## 14. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless OutfitForge and its operator from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the App, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

## 15. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [YOUR COUNTRY — e.g. the Kingdom of Morocco], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall be brought exclusively in the competent courts of [YOUR CITY / JURISDICTION], unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence require otherwise.

## 16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will notify you in-app or by email at least 7 days before the change takes effect. Continued use of the App after the change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

## 17. Apple-Specific Terms (Standard EULA)
The following provisions apply only when the App is downloaded from the Apple App Store:
- These Terms are between you and OutfitForge, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content.
- Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App.
- In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any). Apple has no other warranty obligation.
- OutfitForge is solely responsible for any product warranties to the extent not effectively disclaimed.
- OutfitForge is solely responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App, including product liability claims, claims that the App fails to conform to legal or regulatory requirements, and claims arising under consumer protection or similar legislation.
- In the event of any third-party claim that the App or your use of it infringes intellectual property rights, OutfitForge is solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of such claim.
- You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. government embargo and that you are not on any U.S. government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and have the right to enforce them against you.

## 18. General
- **Entire agreement:** these Terms (together with the Privacy Policy) constitute the entire agreement between you and OutfitForge regarding the App.
- **Severability:** if any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
- **No waiver:** failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.
- **Assignment:** we may assign these Terms to any successor or affiliate. You may not assign these Terms without our consent.
